Creator Boy ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We collect nothing through analytics until you accept our consent prompt, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

What we collect

  • Application details you submit: your name, email address, website, and the monthly revenue band you select in the apply form.
  • Usage analytics (only after consent): pages viewed, clicks and approximate click position, scroll depth, sections viewed, video engagement, performance (Core Web Vitals) measurements, and JavaScript error reports.
  • Technical and source data: a random anonymous identifier stored on your device, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, the page that referred you, and any marketing parameters in the link you arrived on (UTM tags and ad click identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, ttclid, li_fat_id).
  • Approximate location: country, region, and city derived at our edge provider from your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address.

Storage technology

We use your browser's local and session storage to hold the anonymous identifier and session state. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use it and the legal basis

We use application details to respond to your enquiry and assess fit, and analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. For visitors in the EU and UK, our legal basis for analytics is your consent, and for handling an application is our legitimate interest in responding to you and taking steps toward a possible engagement.

How long we keep it

Analytics events are automatically deleted after 90 days. Application records are kept only as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the enquiry, after which they are deleted on request or on our routine review.

Who we share it with

We host on Cloudflare, which processes requests and stores data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party advertising.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, email hello@creatorboy.com. We respond within 30 days.

You can turn analytics off on this device and erase the anonymous identifier we stored here.
